Signal OS for hiring
Signal OS is an AI-powered review system for candidate evidence. I started it after about 40 applications, too many repeated profiles, and the belief that real work should not disappear in the hiring maze.

A review should produce a next step or a clear pass.
The story
This is my problem. The job search asks candidates to compress years of work into repeated forms while AI raises the volume on both sides. TrySignalHire starts from the part that should matter most: real evidence of what someone can do.

Resume, profile, portfolio, questionnaire. Same signal, rebuilt again.
Candidates can apply faster. Employers can filter faster. The signal still gets weaker.
People need to know the product comes from someone who actually feels the pain.
Signal OS
The MVP needs both sides: a candidate view for building the packet, and an employer view for reviewing sourced evidence before another keyword screen.
01
Signal OS turns existing work into one candidate-owned evidence packet.
02
Signal OS connects claims back to projects, writing, context, and recommendations.
03
Signal OS gives employers a clearer first review before another keyword pass.
Early access
I am building this from lived hiring pain, not a cash-in thesis. The first version needs candidates and employers in the loop.
